Here’s a general breakdown of things that will affect the overall prices for my children’s illustration style in full-colored, digital format (in US dollars).

Base price per character: 30$

Additional details that may add to base price:

• character details (hair / clothing / accessories)
• character pose (simple / complex / perspective)
• props / elements
• layout & design work: 30$+
• background (plain white or solid color: 0$ / simple or minimal abstract: 20$+ /
  detailed: 50$+)

Plain white background: 0$

Simple / minimal abstract background: 20$+

Full Background: 50$+

Miscellaneous:

• paypal fee

Other possible fees:

• last-minute revisions
• rush fee
• purchase of copyright *if you are planning to use the images for commercial purposes (advertising, merchandising, promotional use, anything that involves you making money from the artwork), you will need to buy the usage rights (which may also depend on the length of print run, market coverage, etc). For personal use, no additional fees will be charged.

Please take note that this is a very loose pricelist because you might have your own preferences which might be simpler or more difficult to do, so I would ultimately prefer a detailed description of what you want so I can give you a more accurate pricing.

• Facial expression, attitude of character, mood of the image
• Reference pictures are very much appreciated.
